Well, the first steps are in place. Ww’ve made an offer. They’ve made a counter offer. We will counter their counter offer this evening. Credit check has been completed. Much to my happiness, I have steller credit with no surprises ala identity theft. The loan has passed pre qualification. Onward ho!
