I don’t know why it took me so long to try it, but in an effort to make something useful out of the .NET inline XML documentation I downloaded NDoc and turned it loose on the assmembly I’ve been workng on.
Holy cow! 30 seconds later I’ve damn nice compiled /chm help file. That’s awesome. I’ll have to spend some time cleaning it up and filling in the missing parts, but I don’t think API documentation could be much easier.
IT can generate any number of different documentation formats too. Check out their online docs built using their own tool. Nice.
