Once again, I’ve decided that if I don’t get my shit together and start eating better, my body is going to rebel in a serious way. Step #1: Stop drinking bottles of pop/soda/sugar at work.
It’s been a week so far. It’s not that bad, but the first few days I was one cranky bastard. :-) I’m trying to ditch the fast food burgers and fries also.
