For those of you who remember my Best Buy saga/tragedy, this little nugget of joy was left by an Anonymous Coward today.

This is to all the retarted customers. Ummm hi, we fix the shit. we dont make it…people spend half their time complaining about things that we have no control over. we offer the damn service plan. you think its a rip off. I never had a bad experience and have had many thing break on me. now i am an employee and proud fuckin of it.

If he/she is a BB employee, that about says it all I think.
